The problem it solves Real estate and metaverse investments can be costly and not all investors can invest in them. So, we've created a marketplace based on REIT(Real Estate Investment Trust) that allows investments in even small amounts.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into The first challenge that I ran into was to identify gaps in the investment opportunities in real estate. Next, I ran into problems associated with selecting a blockchain with low gas fees and high scalability, for this I chose polygon. The third was to select an appropriate wallet provider to smoothen the onboarding experience for nonweb3 folks and I chose arcana auth for this.
