Derivatives are a key part of any mature financial system. They are essential to hedge against market volatility and to make a speculation. Unisauce helps users to create covered-call-like strategies to essentially go long or short on an asset while also helping them earn trading fees. The speculators on unisauce contribute to the ecosystem as the positions they take help in market making. Unisauce provides novel permissionless options primitive which also could be used by DAOs to hedge against their LP position impermanent loss and also the asset volatility.
How it's made
We were stuck for a long time due to math overflows which resulted in wrong pricings, we dug a bit deeper and got it sorted eventually using uniswap FullMath library.
