About
TrustLine is a trust and payment layer for autonomous AI agents. Before an agent pays for a deal, TrustLine privately verifies whether the agent can cover the required amount without revealing its wallet balance. Chainlink CRE handles the confidential solvency logic, while Privy provides a policy-controlled wallet for automated settlement. Bazantic makes the capability discoverable and callable by other agents through an x402-enabled service. If the private check returns SETTLE, the approved wallet can release the exact deal amount to the counterparty; if it returns INSUFFICIENT, payment is blocked. Our MVP demonstrates the complete orchestration on Base Sepolia, with the confidential CRE computation currently simulated locally due to CRE access constraints.
How it's made
TrustLine combines Bazantic, Chainlink CRE, Privy, and Base Sepolia into one agent-to-agent payment flow. An AI agent calls TrustLine through the Bazantic/x402 interface with a deal amount and reference ID. The backend passes the request to our solvency-check workflow, which determines whether the wallet can cover the deal without exposing its actual balance. A SETTLE result triggers the Privy policy-controlled wallet to authorize the payment, while INSUFFICIENT stops the flow. We use BigInt-based amount handling and reference IDs to prevent rounding errors and duplicate payments. The MVP uses a local simulation of the Chainlink confidential execution environment, while the wallet settlement path is designed for real Base Sepolia transactions.
