About
TrustDrop is a protocol for turning delivery into verifiable evidence that contracts can act on. A seller publishes an encrypted payload on Walrus, VSS proves that the buyer receives recoverable key material, and VDD binds the committed key, original Walrus blob ID, and ciphertext Walrus blob ID into one verifiable encryption relation. For this hackathon, we extended TrustDrop with verifiable dataset sampling. Before this work, a buyer’s knowledge of the original asset stopped at its commitment. Our new SP1 programs derive challenge-selected samples from a committed chain-intelligence dataset: one complete minute of token-flow data and three complete wallet-cluster records with their underlying transfer evidence. Walrus openings authenticate the selected source bytes, and each proof commits the reconstructed sample CID. This gives buyers verifiable evidence about the original asset before purchase, while TrustDrop handles verifiable key distribution, encrypted delivery, and settlement afterward.
How it's made
TrustDrop uses Rust, Walrus, SP1, Solidity, Arbitrum Sepolia, The Graph, IPFS, and a Vite/TypeScript frontend. Its existing SP1 programs prove access-key sharing and encrypted data delivery, while The Graph indexes marketplace activity and supports complex queries without a separately hosted database. Proof modules can define their own schema, sampling rules, zk program, verifier, certificate, and presentation. For this hackathon, we built a chain-intelligence dataset containing token flows, wallet clusters, and supporting transactions, then implemented two deterministic samplers. One sampler selects a time-aligned flow interval; the other selects multiple cluster IDs and their supporting transfers. SP1 guests authenticate the required Reed–Solomon slivers against the source commitment, reconstruct the exact samples, and commit their IPFS CIDs. Succinct generates Groth16 proofs, standalone Solidity contracts verify them, and the marketplace displays each certificate with verification results and interactive sample viewers.
