Live multimodal travel tracking with gas-sponsored USDC delay insurance on Sui.

    About

Travely brings flights, trains, coaches, and ferries into one calm, live travel timeline. Travelers can follow departure times, delays, gates, weather risks, connections, and vehicle details from a single mobile app. For supported flights, Travely also offers delay insurance with clear thresholds from 30 minutes to 6 hours or more. Users pay premiums in testnet USDC, while Travely sponsors the Sui network fees. Once the final arrival time is verified, eligible payouts can be claimed directly. Completed journeys are transformed into a visual travel passport with shareable stamps.

    How it's made

Travely’s insurance system is built directly on Sui using a Move smart contract and Sui’s object model. Every delay threshold is represented by an onchain shared market backed by testnet USDC liquidity. Purchases create owned position objects for the traveler, while the contract calculates premiums, applies service and settlement fees, tracks reserves, and prevents payouts beyond available liquidity. Each market is cryptographically tied to a specific flight identity, including its operator, flight number, route, service date, and scheduled times. A protected ResolverCap authorizes resolution using the reviewed final arrival time. The contract then determines whether the selected delay threshold was reached, supports cancellation refunds, and lets winning travelers claim their USDC payout onchain. The Expo mobile app integrates Sui through the TypeScript SDK. Enoki zkLogin turns a familiar Google or Apple login into a Sui account without requiring a seed phrase. For every purchase or claim, the Bun and Hono proxy prepares a transaction, the user signs it with their zkLogin credentials, and Enoki sponsors the gas before submission to Sui testnet. Users therefore interact with real onchain markets and native testnet USDC without needing to hold SUI for network fees. Every confirmed action exposes its transaction digest and links directly to the Sui explorer for verification
