About
NVDA Tranched Platform lets two investors take different levels of risk in the same NVDA strategy. Senior investors deposit USDC for a target 5% USD yield and receive priority in the settlement waterfall, while Junior investors take the residual risk in exchange for leveraged NVDA exposure. The protocol uses ERC 7540 vaults, a custom Uniswap v4 hook for just in time liquidity, an onchain NVDA price rail, a bounded strategy agent, and an accountant that handles tranche settlement at maturity.
How it's made
Users deposit USDC into either the Senior or Junior tranche. Senior receives priority and targets a 5% USD yield, while Junior takes residual risk and leveraged NVDA exposure. Capital is deployed through a Uniswap v4 JIT strategy, with oracle checks and bounded agent decisions controlling execution.
