    Takarabako

Physical IoT DeFi, agentic yield strategy, insert cash into a Raspberry Pi and get the defi position

    About

Takarabako is a Physical Bridging Cash To Stablecoin Layer, where Cash can be deposited to a personal onchain wallet and execute multiple strategies powered by an agent. The problem: Cash and stablecoins are both trusted forms of money, but moving between them still requires a bank account or an exchange like Binance. 1.3 billion adults are unbanked (World Bank Global Findex 2025), 900M of them own a mobile phone but have no account-based path into digital dollars. The phone exists, the rail doesn't. Remittances still cost ~6% on average (World Bank, 2026), over double the UN's 3% target, because the on/off-ramp at each end is manual, bank-dependent, and slow (1–5 days). The solution: Takarabako closes every existing cash→crypto path, which assumes the user already has a bank account, a crypto exchange account, or a self-custody wallet with a seed phrase. Takarabako removes all three preconditions — email in, banknote in, ENS-named on-chain balance out — collapsing the on-ramp from "bank account + exchange + wallet" to a single ATM-style kiosk interaction.

    How it's made

How it's built, simply: 1. Privy — you type an email, get a real embedded wallet. No seed phrase. 2. ENS — that account gets a subname like alice.wantest.eth as its on-chain "receipt." 3. Bill acceptor + Raspberry Pi — cash goes in, GPIO pulses get debounced into an amount, which triggers a real deposit. 4. Claude Haiku — picks a risk tier (low/med/high) by reasoning over live pool data; can't override the user's own choice. 5. Uniswap v3 — that choice opens a real LP position; withdrawing exits it and pays out.
