    Sovereign

Private financial agreements for autonomous agents, enforced onchain.

    About

Sovereign is a privacy-aware financial agreement protocol for autonomous agents. Treasury and strategy agents discover intents, negotiate bounded financial terms, and sign agreements using EIP-712. Sensitive risk policies remain private while cryptographic commitments bind them to onchain agreements. A Chainlink CRE workflow evaluates agreement and position conditions using private policy inputs and publishes only actionable decisions. Our demonstration uses CRE’s simulation workflow with a verified receiver, real Sepolia and Arc Testnet transactions, and a trusted Sepolia-to-Arc relayer for escrow enforcement.

    How it's made

Sovereign combines Solidity smart contracts on Ethereum Sepolia, USDC escrow on Arc Testnet, TypeScript/Bun autonomous agents, SQLite-backed orchestration, EIP-712 signatures, and Chainlink CRE workflows. The agent runtime indexes finalized IntentCreated events, creates idempotent jobs, uses leased execution claims to prevent duplicate work, and runs Treasury and Strategy agents without a browser or per-intent environment changes. Negotiated terms are signed and validated before onchain agreement finalization. CRE receives private policy inputs and authenticated position data, then produces minimal validation or breach decisions. The public-chain demonstration uses CRE’s MockKeystoneForwarder simulation path; finalized Sepolia decisions are verified and relayed to Arc for escrow locking or unwinding.
