Snitch: The Operating layer for Shared treasury and Onchain payments.

    About

Snitch is an operating layer that helps companies manage onchain payments from a single workspace. A company can create separate accounts for different departments, projects, regions or payment flows. Each account operates independently, with its own treasury, transaction history and wallet secured through Privy. This keeps funds, payments and financial records clearly separated. Within each account, finance teams can issue invoices, receive payments, pay vendors, manage global payroll and monitor transactions from initiation to confirmation. Role based access gives each team member the appropriate level of control while restricting sensitive wallet actions, such as private key export, to authorised roles. Snitch never takes custody of company funds or private keys. Privy protects wallet access and handles key export, allowing the company to retain control of its assets while Snitch provides the operational tools and records needed to manage them.

    How it's made

Snitch is a non-custodial payment infrastructure that never stores private keys, recovery phrases, or wallet signing material. It also cannot move company funds independently. We use Privy as the wallet and key management layer for every Snitch account. When a company creates a new account for a department, project, region, or payment flow, Snitch provisions a dedicated wallet through Privy and connects it directly to that account’s treasury and transaction history. This allows companies to separate funds and financial activity without manually creating, securing, and managing multiple wallets. Privy is particularly important to our non-custodial design. It handles the underlying wallet infrastructure, transaction layer for treasury, and secure key access, while Snitch operates above it as the operational layer for invoices, vendor payments, payroll, and transaction management.
