    About

Rubh turns physical, fast-moving SME inventory and revenue-generating business assets into fractional, yield-bearing digital assets. By replacing self-reported financial data with Chainlink CRE's tamper-proof verification — pulled directly from point-of-sale systems, ERPs, and IoT devices — investors can see exact business performance rather than relying on static financial statements. Rubh gives SMEs a choice of Sharia-compliant financing structures matched to their actual capital need, while offering global retail investors fractional, asset-backed opportunities starting at $10. Beyond the initial financing product, Rubh's long-term direction is to grow into a full neobank with multiple revenue streams built on the same verified-performance infrastructure.

    How it's made

Rubh is built on an Ethereum Layer-2 mainnet, utilizing EVM architecture and Yul assembly to optimize our core smart contracts for high execution efficiency and security. To manage the compliant fractionalization of real-world assets down to $10 ticket sizes, we rely on the ERC-3643 token standard. Our primary partner integration—and biggest technical moat—is Chainlink CRE. Instead of relying on easily manipulated, static PDFs, Chainlink acts as a decentralized data pipeline. It pulls live commercial telemetry directly from merchant Point-of-Sale (POS) APIs, inventory ERPs, and physical IoT hardware sensors. This cryptographically verified "Proof of Sale" data is then anchored on-chain to trigger our event-driven smart contracts. These contracts automatically read the telemetry, calculate the exact profit share or fixed markup, and settle investor yields instantly in USDC, bypassing manual reconciliation entirely.
