    About

Recoverly is an AI-powered recovery workspace for Kenyan coffee and tea exporters managing overdue cross-border invoices. A user uploads a contract and invoice in Slack, and Recoverly reads the documents, pairs them into a case, checks payment terms, drafts a professional collection email, and asks for approval before any outreach happens. The workflow is coordinated through Slack and a local Recoverly console. Users can approve, reject, or revise collection emails and voice-call scripts. If a buyer raises a legal threat or asks not to be contacted, Recoverly pauses outbound activity and opens an arbitration review with an AAA strategy and demand-letter approval flow. When a buyer pays through the secure portal using USDC, Recoverly matches the Hedera transaction to the case, updates the balance, posts a receipt in Slack and the console, emails the operator, and closes the case with an audit trail.

    How it's made

Recoverly is built as a Python and Flask application with a local multi-agent console and Slack as the operator workspace. Slack Events receives uploaded contracts and invoices; a PDF extraction and intake-pairing layer identifies the buyer, invoice number, balance, due date, and contract terms before creating a case. The agent workflow includes Preflight, Investigator, Diplomat, Tone Coach, Concierge, Payment, Voice Agent, Escalator, and AAA Specialist roles. Slack Block Kit cards provide human approval controls for emails, voice calls, arbitration escalation, demand letters, and settlement decisions. Revision buttons open Slack modals so the user can give direct instructions to the relevant agent. Twilio powers approved voice calls, with conversational callbacks, hostile-language detection, and automatic pause-and-escalate behavior. Resend delivers approved collection and settlement emails. Hedera USDC payments are monitored through the Mirror Node; Recoverly matches the transaction memo to the case, reconciles the balance, and posts payment confirmation back into Slack and the local console. HashPack is used for the buyer-side USDC payment flow.
