About
The vault structuring platform to create, test & distribute vaults; in one verifiable venue. Problem The chain can hold a vault. It cannot run one. A vault has an infrastructure problem: a smart contract cannot react to markets, and it cannot compute the math a strategy needs, so the work that actually operates a vault sits on private servers, and that breaks composability, growth and trust. That server is a legal entity to structure, a breach waiting to be disclosed, and a centralized dependency no other protocol can build on. Solution Priime is where a strategy becomes a verifiable, automated onchain vault. So we built the infrastructure and the killer app on top of it. A strategy is composed on a canvas, backtested and launched as a vault, and the off-chain work it needs runs as decentralized compute on our own Trustless Execution Network. Sophistication, efficiency, security and reach all go up without giving up decentralization. That is what lets DeFi products get better now, and what will let TradFi products be built onchain tomorrow. How it's made
The chain can hold a vault. It cannot run one. A contract cannot react to a market or compute what a strategy needs, so the work that operates 7.5 billion dollars of curator-run vaults runs on someone's private server. Nobody outside can check it. The Priime canvas replaces the company with modules. A Liquidity source pins the venue and the market; Dynamic leverage holds the position inside a published health band; Auto-compound puts the earnings back to work. Every number is modeled from live market data before publish. Corrupt one operator and the chain still takes the honest number. Publishing hands the composition to the Trustless Execution Network, where operators each re-execute the same deterministic WASM component against the same pinned input block, and only a quorum of identical signed results settles. In our sabotage strike the honest operators reported 500.000000 USDC and the corrupted one reported 750.000000. The lie never settled. A quorum-signed plan cannot drain the vault. Settlement is an ERC-4626 vault on Base with an ERC-7540 redemption queue, one per strategy. Operators sign a plan and the vault executes it against a whitelist of target and selector pairs in which every address argument is decoded and pinned to the vault itself, so no foreign receiver and no rogue approval spender can be named. The operators never touch funds. Every dependency a strategy touches gets a watcher. A vault does not have to be exploited to lose money, it only has to hold something that was: of this year's 165 DeFi exploits, 44 ran through a bridge, a cross-chain message or a price feed, and cost 405.3 million dollars. They are watched as one stack, every block. The Graph gives one schema across protocols, so a single query spans many of them and a strategy becomes backtestable before it ships. Wallets, policies and quorum approvals run through Privy, and the depositor keeps ownership of the position. Uniswap is the trading engine on every entry and exit, with v4 hooks at the edges.
