About
We augmented the Lens Protocol by adding realtime payments to its users using the Superfluid protocol. It opens a lot of new use cases for Lens like being a Web3 crowdfunding/content platform a la Patreon or Spotify. We wanted to work on a real feature, useful to Lens, not a throw away project :D
How it's made
We developed a new, fully tested, follow module that checks if a Superfluid constant flow agreement(money stream) is open before validating the follow. The user can choose how much they want to charge upfront as fee and their flow rate (amount of currency per second). There are a lot of protocol limitations to make this idea work but we think we found simple but effective solution :D
