A human-owned memory network that lets AI agents access lived experience with consent.

    About

HEN, the Human Experience Network, is a privacy-preserving network for storing, discovering, and sharing real human experience. AI can generate unlimited information, but humans only live one life. Our failures, relationships, discoveries, professional intuition, and lessons learned are finite and often disappear with us. HEN turns those lived experiences into private, structured Experience Capsules that can be discovered by AI agents without exposing the original memory. Instead of asking an AI for another generic answer, imagine hearing: “137 people have experienced a situation similar to yours. Three closely match your circumstances, and two people have anonymously allowed their experiences to be used.” HEN connects AI not only to information, but to humanity’s accumulated experience. Users always remain in control. Memories are private by default, and AI can extract only approved, anonymized lessons. A person can choose to share, license, monetize, or simply keep an experience private. Declining is treated as a valid human decision, not an error. In the future, HEN can become a marketplace for rare human experience, where highly specific knowledge, failures, and long-tail expertise can become valuable assets while ownership stays with the person who lived them. Our principle is simple: Your memory is yours. AI should not replace human experience. AI should help preserve, discover, and value it.

    How it's made

HEN combines decentralized identity, privacy-preserving memory storage, scoped AI agents, and onchain settlement into one human-controlled architecture. World ID is used as the human trust and consent layer. It proves that a real human is behind an experience and can also be used for fresh approval before sensitive agent actions. HEN does not need to store biometric data itself. When an agent requests access to an Experience Capsule, the user can explicitly approve or decline the request. ENSv2 provides the identity and permission structure for humans and their agents. A user can act as the root identity while specialized agents, such as research, broker, or care agents, operate under scoped subnames and permissions. This creates a clear hierarchy where the human remains the final authority. Memories are stored outside the public blockchain in a private vault. Only references, hashes, permissions, verification metadata, and licensing information need to be exposed onchain. AI transforms raw memories into structured Experience Capsules containing context, decisions, outcomes, mistakes, and lessons without requiring the original private data to become public. Monid gives our agents access to external services and tools through a unified integration layer. HEN supplies the human context, permissions, and memory, while Monid gives agents the ability to act across external applications. For the economic layer, we are exploring 1inch Aqua as a way to coordinate liquidity across multiple experience-bounty strategies. Unlike conventional markets where liquidity concentrates around popular assets, human experience has an unusual long tail: the rarest and least liquid experiences can sometimes be the most valuable. Aqua’s shared-liquidity model gives us an interesting foundation for experimenting with markets around those rare Experience Capsules. The result is a system where AI can search for relevant human experience, request access, negotiate terms, and execute actions, while every sensitive step remains subject to human permission.
