About
Mandate is a confidential payment firewall for one company USDC wallet. A human or agent proposes a payment and does not hold the treasury key. Chainlink CRE privately evaluates business policy inside a TEE; the trigger carries only intent id, organization id, and payment hash. Privy holds the organization key and independently enforces allowlists, caps, and default deny. Arc settles USDC. The payment hash binds CRE screening to Privy execution.
How it's made
I was curious about how b2b companies handles the financial operation of themselves. I see that in privy track, and it triggers me. Then i'm thinking about confidentiality that is a real and valid concern of financial companies on their behaviour. And also they need to have some policies to make sure that differenet people with differenet levels of access can work so the company can works operational.
