About
Kosmos is an onchain event platform that brings identity, payments, ticketing and attendance together. Hosts can create paid events, attendees verify with World, pay using ETH or swap Sepolia USDC to ETH through Uniswap and receive QR tickets after approval. After check-in, the host can settle the event and attendees receive an NFT as proof of attendance. Every user also gets a unique ENSv2 identity like "name.kosmos.eth". Kosmos is built and tested on Ethereum Sepolia.
How it's made
Kosmos is built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and Solidity. The smart contracts run on Ethereum Sepolia and use escrow for event payments, refunds and settlement, while TicketNFT provides proof of attendance. World IDKit is used for attendee verification, Uniswap lets users swap Sepolia USDC to the exact ETH needed for an event and ENSv2 gives users unique "name.kosmos.eth" identities. Privy handles authentication and wallet linking, while Pinata/IPFS, Resend and QR tools are used for event images, emails and ticket check-ins. The contracts were tested with Foundry, with all 17 tests passing.
