Iqia is a non-custodial savings app on 1inch Aqua where your money never leaves your wallet. Unlike traditional DeFi pools that lock your funds, Aqua records an allowance your balance stays spendable while earning fees from swaps. The pricing strategy is an on-chain SwapVM bytecode program anyone can disassemble and verify. Backed by the same capital across multiple markets, achieving 3x capital efficiency.
How it's made
The stack is a monorepo with three layers: Solidity smart contracts (Foundry), a TypeScript SwapVM encoder/decoder, and a React frontend. The contracts extend 1inch's official SwapVM with two custom opcodes: SolvencyGuard (reads real wallet backing on every swap to auto-reprice shared capital) and ExclusiveFill (full 20-byte address comparison for private orders, not the weaker 10-byte version SwapVM ships). The TypeScript encoder builds bytecode programs that are tested byte-for-byte against the Solidity implementation in golden vector tests. The frontend uses React + viem + wagmi to read on-chain state, build transactions, and let users ship positions through the official Aqua registry all without any custody or helper contracts. Deployed on Ethereum Sepolia against the real 1inch Aqua contract.
