    gUSD: GPU Exposures

Trade onchain exposure to real-world GPU compute prices across H100, H200, L40S and RTX 4090.

    About

gUSD is the GPU Assets Protocol, enabling onchain markets for trading exposure to GPU compute prices. The protocol tracks live GPU-hour pricing across providers, aggregates this data into a benchmark oracle, and uses those prices to power markets for assets such as H100, H200, L40S, and RTX 4090. Trading is executed through Uniswap v4 with custom hooks, while gUSD acts as the settlement asset and sgUSD as the protocol’s savings and revenue-sharing layer. The system also includes primary GPU asset issuance, protocol-owned liquidity, an Envio-powered indexer, and a web application with Privy-based embedded wallets for simplified onboarding.

    How it's made

gUSD is built as a TypeScript + Solidity monorepo using pnpm and Turborepo. The protocol contracts are written with Foundry and deployed on Robinhood Chain, with GPU markets settling through Uniswap v4. We built a custom v4 hook for GPU-specific market execution, primary GPU asset issuance, protocol-owned liquidity, gUSD settlement, sgUSD savings, and oracle-aware market logic. Offchain, a Fastify-based oracle pipeline collects GPU rental prices from multiple providers, normalizes them into GPU-hour benchmarks, and publishes price updates onchain through a dedicated oracle publisher. Envio HyperIndex + HyperSync index protocol activity into Postgres for portfolio, market, and historical views. The frontend is built with Next.js and Privy, allowing users to sign in with familiar Web2 methods while receiving a self-custodial embedded wallet, or connect an existing wallet directly. The result is a full-stack onchain market where users can trade exposure to real-world GPU compute prices such as H100, H200, L40S, and RTX 4090.
