CookieJar is a great way for DAOs to reduce governance/administrative overhead for low value expenses. It provides access control to a pool of funds w/ set spending limits. It's essentially a petty cash drawer for DAOs. When someone creates a cookiejar they input a list of addresses that have access to withdraw funds and set a limit for the maximum amount of funds that can be withdrawn and how often the funds can be withdrawn.
