    BioAgent

Infrastructure for connectome-driven agents that turn onchain signals into adaptive actions

    Demo

    About

bioAgent is infrastructure for adaptive agents powered by biological connectomes. It connects onchain signals to neural computation, actions, and learning, with a shared profile for model provenance and state. Our demos use the MaleCNS fly connectome for a foraging playground and a market where four agents provide liquidity through 1inch Aqua or trade against Aqua and Uniswap.

    How it's made

We combine Foundry-tested Solidity contracts, a Python sparse neural runtime, and a JavaScript UI. Each local agent runs 166,700 MaleCNS neurons with independent state. Confirmed onchain inputs drive decisions, and outcomes update a lightweight action readout. The market uses official Aqua contracts on a local Ethereum fork and Uniswap V3 with shared test tokens. Receipts and balance checks verify actual transfers.
