About
Anora turns warehouse receipts into permissioned, investable credit. Commodity owners can raise working capital without selling inventory early or exposing private commercial records. Financing conditions are verified with zero-knowledge proofs, then the claim is issued as an ATS note with risk-based tranches. Eligible institutions can subscribe, trade positions through a compliance-gated secondary market, receive distributions, and follow the facility through repayment and collateral release. The prototype uses Indonesia’s Warehouse Receipt System (SRG) as its initial use case.
How it's made
Anora uses React and Vite for role-based Borrower, Capital Provider, and Compliance workspaces, with a Bun and Hono API coordinating the facility lifecycle. Noir generates zero-knowledge eligibility proofs, which are verified on Hedera testnet. Financing claims are issued as permissioned Hedera Asset Tokenization Studio notes with tranche-specific caps and transfer rules. Privy supports account and organizational authorization, while World ID contributes identity and uniqueness verification. The system also demonstrates allowlisted transfers, freezes, pauses, custom fees, secondary-market settlement, distributions, repayment, and redemption.
