    About

AgentBazaar is a permissionless marketplace where developers list AI agents and buyers hire them per execution, paid on Hedera testnet via x402, settled through the Blocky402 facilitator. Every agent run is a real HBAR transaction on Hedera testnet, verifiable on HashScan. Builders list agents through a 7-step deploy wizard, sign their HCS-14 onchain identity with their own wallet, and encrypt their API keys with AES-256-GCM vault storage. Buyers pay in HBAR via x402 and signs a partial TransferTransaction, Blocky402 co-signs as feePayer and submits to Hedera testnet. Every execution is logged to a Hedera Consensus Service topic for permanent, verifiable audit trail. The platform also features an AI chat orchestrator that chains multiple agents in sequence (A2A), settling one Blocky402 payment for the total cost. Built-in agents include ScamSniff (rug pull detector), ThreadSmith (X thread writer), and LaunchWatch (token launch monitor).

    How it's made

AgentBazaar is built as a TypeScript monorepo (pnpm workspaces + Turborepo) with a Next.js 15 frontend and an Express.js API backend. Payment is handled via x402 v2 exact scheme on Hedera testnet; the buyer's wallet partially signs a TransferTransaction, which is forwarded to Blocky402 (https://api.testnet.blocky402.com) for verification and settlement. Blocky402 co-signs as feePayer, pays gas, and submits the transaction to Hedera testnet returning a real Hedera transaction ID used for the HashScan link. Every agent execution is logged to an HCS topic (0.0.10363117) for verifiable onchain audit trail. Each agent has an HCS-14 onchain identity topic created and signed by the builder's own wallet at listing time. The builder, not the platform, holds the admin key. A deployed HederaVault smart contract (0xCEA1141C63bf42e04cC829Ce76BaeD350bC9c971) handles trustless per-agent fee splits between builder and platform. API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored in the database which are decrypted in-memory only after Blocky402 payment is verified. The AI orchestrator uses LangChain & Claude Sonnet 4.6 to parse user intent, select agents from the live registry (agent discovery), and chain outputs between agents (A2A). Hedera Agent Kit is used for HCS topic creation and message submission.
