The problem it solves Traditional gaming platforms don’t offer true ownership of in-game assets, preventing players from monetizing their time and creativity. Additionally, blockchain games often face high transaction fees, limited scalability, and lack of secure identity verification. zkBlock solves these issues by allowing players to win resources, build custom worlds, and mint them as NFTs, giving them full ownership. With low-cost, scalable transactions through Scroll and Mantle, and secure, decentralized identity management via Ore Protocol and Worldcoin, zkBlock offers a seamless, safe, and scalable gaming experience. How It Works: - Play & Earn: Players compete in mini-games to win coins and diamonds. - Build Worlds: Use coins and diamonds to buy blocks and land, and construct unique worlds. - Mint & Sell: Players mint their worlds as NFTs and list them on the marketplace for trading or sale. - Secure & Scalable: Transactions are low-cost via zk-rollups, with decentralized identity management through Ore Protocol and Worldcoin.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into Integrating Mantle, Ora Protocol, and Scroll was challenging due to conflicts between their identity management and transaction systems. We solved this by breaking down the integration process, focusing on one protocol at a time, and using developer resources for troubleshooting. This modular approach ensured smooth integration across the platform.
