YieldWeaver
Smart yield strategies for DeFi automation.
About
The problem it solves Yield in DeFi is often fragmented across multiple protocols, each requiring complex monitoring and manual rebalancing. YieldWeaver automates this by composing Spark’s yield sources — SparkSavings and SparkLend — into a single smart vault that allocates deposits based on predefined risk and efficiency rules. Users get: - One-click exposure to multiple Spark yield strategies. - Automatic rebalancing and idle management. - Transparent donation of profits to a configured recipient (Octant-style). This reduces complexity for users, improves capital efficiency for Spark’s ecosystem, and makes yield automation transparent, reproducible, and auditable.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into Building a composable vault that interacts seamlessly with SparkSavings and SparkLend required: - Handling two distinct ERC-4626 interfaces and aligning them under unified logic. - Managing CREATE2 deterministic deployments for reproducibility and predictable addresses. - Testing on a Tenderly Virtual Mainnet (chainId 8) with real Spark contracts and simulated deposits. - Implementing donation-aware tokenized strategies (Octant V2 semantics) that mint/burn shares on profit/loss without breaking ERC-4626 invariants.
