The problem it solves W3bfolio is an application which works as a interface between participants and the organization. Its like a devfolio platform which hosts many events and competitions. Participants who want to register can use the application to register by making a transaction using the blockchain. After the transaction is successfull, the participant is registered for the event and the transaction is stored on the blockchain. After the event is completed the ethereum is given back to the participant using blockchain transaction. This allows everyone to get to know that a particular person has registered for the event.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into Had to look for replacement for older packages which are not supportive now. Integrating blockchain with web page as we were beginners to web3. Only few functions are available .
