    About

The problem it solves Solve it Now Empowering partners to resolve business disputes swiftly and fairly. Mission We resolve corporate partner conflicts through pre‑litigation alternatives, preventing escalation and preserving business relationships. Problem Statement Unresolved partner conflicts can break businesses. Turning to informal authorities lacks record and legal force. Traditional mediators need time to learn the case. Mediator decisions may be limited by accreditation scope. Why it Matters 🧨 65% of startups fail due to internal founder conflicts. 💰 $250B+ global market for mediation and pre-litigation services (US & EU). 🇺🇦 40,000+ new companies registered annually in Ukraine — most with multiple founders. 📈 If just 1% of the target companies use our platform → $2–5M yearly revenue. 💳 Average case value: $150 (mediator + platform fee). Proposed Solution A platform enabling partners to: Publicly articulate the conflict. Jointly invite or select a neutral third‑party mediator or accept volunteers. Mediator facilitates discussion, issues a binding decision. The decision is recorded on blockchain. All parties agree in advance to accept the mediator’s ruling. Revenue Model Fee for creating a dispute case. Commission or fixed fee per resolution. Demonstration Our project is changing the world by making conflict resolution radically more accessible. We onboard users who have never interacted with Web3 before — through a seamless, barrier-free environment that hides complexity and builds trust. No wallets, no jargon — just real solutions, secured transparently on-chain.
