Token-gated collections on VERSO
Verso allows you to mint your memories. For this hackathon what I have done is add token-gated collections to VERSO.
About
The problem it solves Important note: Verso already existed before the hackathon. This submission is for token-gated collections on Verso and not the whole Verso app. Verso allows anyone but especially artists and creators to create collections to mint the content they care about. You can think of it as an onchain Pinterest or a Dropbox but social and beautiful. It allows creators to keep ownership of their work while being able to share it with as many people as possible (increasing reach). With this new feature I have worked on at the hackathon, Verso now helps creators build community around their content.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into At first I tried to implement token-bonding curves on the collections but I had to drop it as it was to hard and couldn't make it work. Another big challenge I ran into was that with this new feature it change the whole structure of how you collect and add items to your collections. Which means I had to rework and implement small changes on most smart contracts and re-deploy them.
