Challenges we ran into 1. Real-time Data Synchronization Problem: Balancing blockchain data accuracy with performance - RPC calls were slow and hitting rate limits. Solution: Implemented hybrid architecture using Redis cache for instant loading with periodic blockchain sync. Created useHybridPredictions hook that serves cached data immediately while syncing in background. 2. AI Integration Complexity Problem: OpenAI API integration required complex error handling, timeout management, and fallback systems. Solution: Built robust error handling with AbortController for timeouts, implemented fallback data when API fails, and created categorized search system with automatic retry logic. 3. Mobile-First UX on Blockchain Problem: Making Web3 interactions feel native on mobile devices. Solution: Used OnchainKit components for seamless wallet integration, implemented swipe gestures with react-tinder-card, and created responsive design that works perfectly on mobile screens. 4. Community Moderation System Problem: Preventing spam while maintaining openness for community-created predictions.
