    About

The problem it solves Problem It Solves: Many crypto discussions on X (Twitter) Spaces happen in English, leaving non-native speakers struggling to learn, engage, or invest. Limited Access to Key Conversations – A Spanish trader may miss critical insights on Solana upgrades, or a Japanese developer might not grasp Ethereum technical discussions. Low Engagement for Crypto Communities – Non-English speakers can’t actively participate in AMAs or project updates, reducing global engagement. Missed Learning & Investment Opportunities – Investors relying on live discussions for alpha may miss key details due to language barriers. Slow & Incomplete Translations – Relying on community translations means delays, inaccuracies, or missing context. How This Solution Helps: A live speech-to-speech interpretation agent ensures everyone can understand, engage, and learn in real time—regardless of language. It breaks barriers, fosters inclusivity, and connects global communities to the crypto space like never before. User Interaction and Data Flow User Request: The user asks the Agent (Eliza) for a translation link for a Twitter Space. This request initiates the workflow. Agent Logs into Twitter Space & Captures Audio: The Agent (Eliza) accesses the Twitter Space. It captures the audio and sends it to the Audio Collection Cluster. Audio Processing & Translation: The Audio Collection Cluster forwards the recorded audio to the SpeechLab Speech-to-Speech API. This API processes the speech and sends it to the SpeechLab Speech-to-Speech Multimodal Model, which includes Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Machine Translation (MT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS). Returning the Translated Audio & Text: The translated audio and text are sent back to the SpeechLab Speech-to-Speech API. This API then forwards the processed translation to the SpeechLab Live Browser. User Listening to Translated Space: The SpeechLab Live Browser enables the user to listen to the Twitter Space in any language. The project architecture and development process See: https://drive.google.com/file/d/10Ic9bYCKdh2J0WucZOQOqXJTAqO3Vgbe/view?usp=sharing Development process was using Cursor and node.js and the speechlab spoeecnb to speech api Product Integrations Speechlab Speech to Speech Translation API Key differentiators and uniqueness of the project We move beyond a conversational LLM to bring true contextual translation to X Spaces... Crypto Terminology in the users native language enables richer understanding and inclusivity wigh the crypto community. Trade-offs and shortcuts while building Right now we disabled voice cloning and Full speaker identification and focused on the Agent Interface for easy setup of users to get theX Space translated. Those features are part of the upcoming 30 day roadmap for a full features X Space translation exoperience though and easily implemented given more time. The speechlab API already is robust enough to support if enabled and in the next release in less than 30o days. Additional Features Speechlab already supports bots joining zoon/teams/google meet meetings so this was a matter of creating the agent to discoiver X spaces and then provide an easy to acces link and the agent woudl then join the meeting and sent the audio to the speechlab ai for processing and presentation. We workled wiht Shaft.finaqnce ot bring in a crypto accessibility use case that woudl be popular!!
