The problem it solves SkyTrade is the largest air rights marketplace globally to help property owners, real estate companies, and traders monetize and fluidly trade air rights. SkyTrade is bringing the air rights marketplace to crypto communities and opening the skies to low-altitude drone delivery. This will transform the property and transportation markets, grow wealth and deliver passive income for the benefit of society. SkyTrade brings air space rights on-chain and makes it easy to trade. A tokenized property air rights marketplace enabling trade through the sale, and rental of low-altitude airspace. Property owners own the air space up to 500 feet above their property. This market is largely B2B between real estate companies, property developers, and investors with a TAM of $30T. SkyTrade has a call option on the drone industry, which is set to be worth $450B, according to ARK Invest. This is our user interface where users can register their land properties and claim airspace. Traders can buy and sell airspace and drone operators can rent airspaces for a specified timeframe, facilitating a marketplace where airspaces can be easily utilized.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into Tokenization of the air-rights using cNFT Solana standard tokens. Validation of the ownership of the air rights (through external databases). Precise delineation of the air-right (polygons representing the land plots).
