About
The problem it solves Making NFTs more tangible We were very hyped at the start of the NFT's era but as time passed by it got more and more boring as to me it appeared like a photo frame and nothing else This Game is made in focus to make NFTs more tangible by making the assets (the Core assets and the aesthetical assets ) as an nft which would result in people wanting to own NFTs , now they can also be used in their favorite game. We are also aiming at making this a more social oriented game (part of the road map) to make the game the bond between people by making them want to show each other the new car in their collection and show their taste in art on cars Apart from that due to this project we are seeing a scope in the gaming industry which consists of true games and all in one virtual world I believe that due to recent updates in technology the word "META VERSE" or "VIRTUAL WORD" have been overly used and according to me wrongly used to a certain extent
How it's made
Challenges we ran into SDK We participated in the event because SUI had Unity and Unreal Sdk which meant we could use your gaming expertise and make a game that was unique Inspite of there being no SDK for the game engine we know (me and my team have a background in gaming)we learnt a new language (Node.js) and setup the node.js server in our was VM which was were our game server was also hosted Due to this unfortunate turn of events we had lost a lot of time at the start we had thought of changing our engine but quickly realised that we would lose out on a lot of quality so we decided to stay in unreal engine and find a work around (hence the node.js) despite all the hurdles we faced i am extremely pleased with this event as i got to learn a two new languages , meet fellow devs and experience our first hackathon We will be attaching the following with our project: ->Game Trailer ->Gameplay Video ->Our Node.js Server Code(We were running SUI TestNet ) ->Figma URL of our Layout Designs ->Build files of both client and server (if time permits will change the configuration of server for you such that you can run the server locally) -> If size permits then the project file (the project file is over 30GB) ->Log Output of sui response in Unreal engine (to prove the bridge connection made to the server) ->Last but definitely not the least , A peak of how our game would have looked if things went a little smoothly Note: ALL Assets including The 3D Cars ,the level and ui that are attached are made in house by our team during the hackathon period (exception being the nfts that are in the decals panel) We had planned on making a game for cross platform and is multiplayer unfrotunely due to time constrains we were not able to work on the cross platform side of the game
