Users no longer get bloated with a bunch of ads on their timeline or before their videos 2. They only pay for the videos they watch 3. They have a simple UX where they pre set an allowance and watch their favorite videos without any hassle.

How it's made

Challenges we ran into ## 1. Realised that JWT authentication is only available for live streams half-way into building the product. Had to build an signature based authentication system to verify the user before making $SKY token deduction before allowing access to the video ## 2. Livepeer video player was not updating the video when user navigates to a different video Was stuck with this for quite a while, when the user is watching a video and navigates to a different video from the suggestions, all the video details update properly on the screen apart from the video, which still displays the previous video. Has to fix it by adding a _div_ dependent on the video playback id to the player and set the display the none, so that the UI updates when the video playback ID changes. ## 3. Video uploads getting stuck on processing When uploading videos to livepeer, videos were getting stuck in the processing phase at exactly 81% progress. This issue fixed itself after a while and I was not able to replicate it again.
