Problems that arise : 1 Seeds can be falsified solution : Cryptographically verify using on-chain data 2 Key facilities may not meet quality standards Solution : • Publish inspection results to blockchain • Verify presented inspection results 3 Seeds may not be recognized by destination countries Solultion : • Verify signatures in presented certificates
