About
The problem it solves In Web2 e-commerce platforms, dispute resolution is often opaque, centralized, and lacks broad public input. Many customers and merchants feel dissatisfied with how their cases are handled because they have limited visibility into the resolution process and decision-making criteria. Additionally, platforms like Reddit often present only a partial view of disputes, where users selectively share information that supports their perspective, which may lead to biased conclusions. Furthermore, Web2 platforms usually manage disputes internally, leading to scalability issues, increased costs for maintaining infrastructure, and inconsistent resolution experiences across different cases. As Web3 and decentralized technologies evolve, there’s a growing opportunity to introduce transparency, community-driven insights, and decentralized data handling for e-commerce disputes.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into At first, we sort of dive into e-commerce field without knowing what actually we wanted. But by exploring more and more, we realise that most of the chat's context or dispute cases's context around the internet are usually "misleading". Because, those people who took a screenshot of they having arguments with another, most of the times is just "part of the context" that they wanted to show to public. Based on this, we went to do research on how can we make it more transparent in a way of actually helping e-commerce websites to have a more widen opinions on each dispute cases. However, we face a big issue - "Where are we going to be getting real data from?" And by doing more research, we decided to create a smart contract to eventually encounter this issue by providing seamless and smooth transitions for e-commerce website's to provide their dispute cases to us, and in return we are paying back with our own ERC20 token. We believe that, with the power of public, our ERC20 token can increase its value by no time.
