About
The problem it solves Rental Agreements are a big hassle with lot of time wasted on finalizing the contracts. Once rental agreement is finalized, then there is issues of tracking rental payments and also many times rent reciepts are not available. Also, it is costly for both parties to get copies of both contracts and needs additional time to get notarized. With RENTSE, we aim to simplify the process via - users can add / link property and send a rental contract to tenant - using Smart Contracts (one contract for Deposit and one for Monthly Payments) and issue NFT for finalized agreements. - for rent payments, we use smart contracts and on chain transactions as proof of payments. - for rent slips, we issue NFTs which can be shared with HR or other people in the office to claim HR allowance and TDS claims. - for verifications by HR, we intend to create a separate page, where they can enter the token number to verify authentic claims - automate refund deposit (this is to be discussed)
