Traditional rental practices often involve manual processes that can lead to oversights, such as landlords forgetting to collect deposits from tenants. Our Web3 rental app leverages smart contracts to automate these essential transactions, ensuring secure management of deposits and reducing human error. This transition enhances accountability and streamlines interactions for both tenants and landlords.

Challenges we ran into Since this our first time . we ran into many problems involing the logic of the contracts, our first time usin web3js and we spent a lot of time trying to intergrate the frontend and the backend. but unfortunetely we failed.
