About
Why are you participating for Based SEA? We want to spread the Racfather family to a wider audience, and in doing so, we aim to bring back those who have become disenchanted with the NFT and Web3 industry. Recently, many Asian investors have withdrawn from the market, and our goal is to re-engage them. Additionally, given the cultural similarities with themes like the Yakuza, we see strong potential in the SEA region to build connections and expand our presence. By focusing on SEA, we can resonate with the audience and create a shared sense of belonging, growth, and excitement around the Racfather community. Additional Features The collection design, website design, and game development were completed before the Buildathon. During this Buildathon period, the smart contract development and deployment have been the primary focus, adding essential functionality and finalizing the project for launch.
How it's made
What challenges are you focusing on? Our primary focus is on tackling the problem of "rugpulls" that have plagued the NFT and Web3 space. We aim to restore at least some of the funds lost to these scams and, more importantly, rebuild the trust of those who were affected. Due to these issues, many individuals have distanced themselves from the market, so our priority is to bring them back. While it may sound like a daunting task, our ultimate goal is to re-engage the millions who have left the space disheartened and help them rediscover the potential and excitement within the community. With the support of Base, we believe this challenge can be overcome. How does your submission address this challenge? First of all, with the advantage of being in the Base community, we aim to reach more communities and get feedback about our project. Since we are moving very fast in a very short time, we will necessarily have shortcomings. With this feedback, we aim to make our project stronger and as thank the Racfathers Family for their support and distribute gifts to them. In this way, our family ties will be strengthened and an environment will be created where people can compensate for the money they have lost before. Challenges we ran into Throughout the development of our project, we have encountered and continue to navigate through various challenges. One major hurdle has been the volatile market conditions and the waning hype around NFTs. As a result, we observed a decline in new investor interest, and existing participants are not investing as actively as they once did. To overcome this, we've conducted several giveaways to build trust within our community and demonstrate that we are a genuine, close-knit family. All our giveaways and their results are transparently shared on our Twitter account. On the technical side, our website faced multiple cyberattacks. Thankfully, our cybersecurity team effectively managed and resolved all issues, ensuring the security and continuity of our platform.
