The problem it solves The project helps in managing decentralized platforms for fair and secure voting processes. The project helps in multiple fields: Decentralized Governance: Communities managing decentralized projects or DAOs can use this to conduct fair and transparent voting on proposals, ensuring only verified individuals can participate and reducing the risk of fraud. Public Elections: Governments or institutions can utilize this technology to conduct secure digital elections, leveraging WorldCoin’s identity verification to ensure each vote is legitimate and authenticated. Polls & Surveys: Organizations running polls or surveys on sensitive topics can utilize the platform’s ability to set different security levels. Users with higher humanity scores (who have verified themselves more extensively) can have greater voting power in crucial decisions. Private & Public Voting: It allows flexibility by enabling both private voting with enhanced security and public voting with a quicker setup while still maintaining fairness.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into Deploying MACI on Scroll is proved to be challenging initially, since from the window's operating side some of the packages are not read properly, leading to failed deployments. With a simple switch to mac, these issues are much more easier to solve.
