The problem it solves In the current real estate industry, there are numerous issues associated with property ownership, including disputes over property ownership and fraudulent claims. One of the most significant challenges faced by property owners is the issue of conflicting property documents, where a single property claim may have two or more conflicting documents. This issue creates a significant challenge for property owners and potential buyers, as it is difficult to determine which document is genuine and legally valid. This ambiguity can result in lengthy and costly legal battles, which can be both financially and emotionally draining. Furthermore, the prevalence of fraudulent property claims and documents is on the rise, which poses a serious threat to property ownership and investment. Fraudulent property claims can result in significant financial losses, leaving individuals and businesses vulnerable to exploitation and fraud. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop effective solutions that can prevent the creation of conflicting property documents and ensure the authenticity and validity of property claims to promote a secure and stable real estate market. Another Problem is transfer of property from one owner to another is a tidious process and takes a lot of time to get it verified, so using nft's and defi systems will accelerate the process of transfer.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into The problem we faced is that no wallet support the flow testnet tokens, so it was hurdle so we tested it using your own tokens for the sake of this project but it would be better if more wallets started to suppor the flow testnet tokens.
