NFTGalaxy Marketplace
MODERN DYNAMIC NEXT GEN POLYGON MARKETPLACE
About
The problem it solves OUR NFT marketplace : NFTGalaxy built on the Polygon network, it can solve several challenges and offer several benefits, such as: Scalability: The Ethereum network, which is the most popular platform for NFTs, can become congested during times of high activity, leading to slow transaction times and high gas fees. However, by building NFT marketplace on Polygon, which is a Layer 2 scaling solution for Ethereum, we can offer faster transaction times and lower gas fees, making it easier and more affordable for users to buy and sell NFTs. Accessibility: The lower gas fees on the Polygon network also make it possible for smaller transactions to take place on your NFT marketplace. This means that users can buy, sell, and trade NFTs without having to pay prohibitively high transaction fees. Interoperability: Polygon supports Ethereum's smart contracts and standards, so NFTs and other tokens built on Ethereum can be easily ported to the Polygon network. This means that NFTs created on our NFT marketplace on Polygon can be interoperable with NFTs on other Ethereum-based marketplaces, providing users with a broader range of options and opportunities. Decentralized storage: Like other blockchain-based systems, the data associated with NFTs is stored on a decentralized network and we used IPFS for our Case. In this case, the images and other data associated with NFTs can be stored on IPFS, a decentralized storage system that provides increased security and accessibility. Overall, building an NFT marketplace on the Polygon network, like NFTGalaxy, can offer a more scalable, affordable, and interoperable way to buy and sell NFTs, while also providing increased security and decentralized storage.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into NFTGalaxy project! As with any software project, we faced common challenges that NFT marketplaces on the Polygon network may face: Integrating with the Polygon network: Polygon is a Layer 2 scaling solution for Ethereum, which means that it uses the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and can support Ethereum-compatible smart contracts. However, there may still be differences in how contracts need to be developed and deployed on the Polygon network. Ensuring that the smart contracts for your NFT marketplace are correctly integrated with the Polygon network can be a complex task. Scalability: While Polygon provides a solution for scaling Ethereum, NFT marketplaces can still experience high traffic and demand during peak periods. Ensuring that your NFT marketplace is designed to handle large volumes of users and transactions can be challenging. Security: Security is a critical concern for any blockchain-based project, especially when it comes to NFTs, which can be valuable digital assets. Ensuring that your NFT marketplace is secure from attacks and exploits, and that user data and NFTs are protected, is an essential part of building a successful platform. We faced so many problems while into coding prospective and while integrating with polygon network but we didnt give up.
