The problem it solves People who are new into the Web3 space might find it difficult to understand to creation of a NFT as it involves- 1. Storing the file in some kind of online storage 2. Creating a tokenURI for the NFT 3. Minting it through a NFT Smart Contract For a creator who just wants their NFTs to be minted, they too will have to dive deep into understanding these technologies. NFTfy solves all those problems as it turns all those steps into some button clicks. It will store the file selected by the user in IPFS (maintaining the decentrality of the system) and will generate the tokenURI from user input for name and description on the NFT and will finally mint it. Thus it successfully turns the complicated process for creating and minting NFTs into a single site solution.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into 1. Lack of proper documentation for Pinata API's storing files in IPFS through NEXT.js 2. Some bugs faced during creation of UI in NEXT.js 3. RPC URL for various networks not working
