The problem it solves Whenever we visit a doctor, he tends to ask us about how our health has been for some years to gain more perspective on our health condition. The answer that we give them mostly depends on our own memory. Sometimes we exaggerate it, and sometimes we understate it. It becomes more problematic for aged people. So, why not have a secure database where all of your health data will be recorded! Every year Government also spends a lot of money on collecting data on how the health of the country has been. If we have all the health data in a secure database, then a lot of money can be saved, and the same work can be done with much more efficiency. The medical data can also be helpful in settling insurance claims. The medical data will be of key importance to the defence sector too. At the time of joining, this database can help in getting all the health details of the one who aspires to join the army. Hence, here's my proposed solution. An app to do the very same. Thanks.

How it's made

Challenges we ran into I initially wanted to do the very same project in the permissioned blockchain (using Hyperledger fabric). I devoted half of the hackathon time to doing so on hyperledger fabric, but kept getting errors. After a lot of attempts, and lack of any guidance, I decided to drop it and do the almost same stuff on the public blockchain, but try to give it all the features that I wanted in my permissioned blockchain. I didn't face many issues in the public blockchain though. But, after the hackathon, I'll definitely try to learn hyperledger fabric in much more depth.
