makETH - Land registry system
We want to 1. Create a land registry on blockchain 2. Add financial instruments to use this registered land We create the first using smart contracts, and for the second we use Lendroid.
About
The problem it solves Both aims attack a seperate problem 1. Decentralises the land registry, easier to confirm who own which land 2. Allows people to get loans against their assets (land) adding to the functionality of the blockchain.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into 1. Writing the smart contracts for the land registry and generating the ERC-20 tokens. 2. Getting the contracts onto some blockchain was very difficult. 3. Running the Lendroid code.
