    WorldID Milestone Based Crowdfunding system

    About

The problem it solves Traditional crowdfunding platforms face challenges in ensuring transparency, preventing fraudulent campaigns, and managing bot or Sybil attacks. Fraudulent actors often exploit these platforms, creating fake campaigns or donating illegitimately. Additionally, verifying the authenticity of users and contributions becomes difficult, leading to a loss of trust within the community. The need for a secure, privacy-preserving solution to validate users and maintain trust in the crowdfunding process has never been greater.

    How it's made

Challenges we ran into Developing and testing on the Sepolia Ethereum testnet presents a range of difficulties for blockchain developers. As Ethereum is a decentralized platform, even its testnets can be impacted by network congestion, causing high gas fees and long waiting periods for transactions to be confirmed. These challenges make it harder for developers to quickly test their smart contracts and dApps, which slows down the overall development process. Moreover, obtaining testnet ETH from faucets can take time, and the limited supply might not be sufficient for large-scale testing, causing further delays.
