Get Your Task Done Right

About
The problem it solves This is the lofty goal described by Cline, but the screencast video will show what was accomplished and successfuly run with a local metamask instance. "What This Codebase Solves LazyTask Marketplace solves a fundamental problem in the gig economy: trust between strangers. The Problem: Customers ("lazy" people) want tasks done but don't want to micromanage or risk being scammed Workers need to prove they're reliable without an established reputation Traditional platforms take high fees and rely on centralized trust The Solution: Lazy Bounties - Users post tasks via simple chat ("I need coffee delivered, will pay $50") Bonding System - Workers must stake their own money as collateral. If they flake, they lose it! AI Verification - Agents analyze photo/video proof and automatically release payment Reputation On-Chain - Build up immutable work history that travels with you across platforms Real-World Use Cases: "I'm at a conference, get me coffee" → Post bounty → Worker delivers → AI verifies → Both get paid/reputation Food delivery, package pickup, pet sitting, any task where trust is needed ..." Use of AI tools and agents Cline with minmax model, Jules (thanks lawrence), and Grok were used for vibe coding. Derek and alejandro uses llms to formalize the idea from notes and conversations many times including mentors. With Cline, the framework was set up for a local openclaw integration for prompts about jobs and proof of jobs with pictures (but openclaw was not set up or installed) and a hostinger vps with docker was set up to prepare for remote. openclaw needs to be installed and fed with openrouter credits for the vps.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into for a long while the accept job button would not work, but it turned out that it was because the local blockchain spun up by hardhat did not have persistence. The config script needed to be set up defining the local loop back address for hardhat, and the code needed to be run in the following order: 1. npm run dev 2. npx hardhat node 3. npx hardhat run scripts/deploy-frontend.js --network local The gas will occassionally go over the limit due to metamask gas estimation, and it seems to work a bit worse after the tasklisk below is implemented. Two of my team mates had their computers fail so they struggled to contribute. Lawrence vibe coded with Jules most of the preliminary code using the outline developed by the rest of the group. the mentors were a lifesaver because the team fell apart on the final push. Part Tasklist created by cline and implemented in code , but not tested and no API keys filled in: 1. __Set up Base deployment__ (with wagmi config update) 2. __Integrate OpenClaw__ - Use your existing grok/usingOpenClaw.md as foundation 3. __Add x402 payment protocol__ for Kite AI
