Javin.ai
AI search engine for crypto and on-chain data
About
The problem it solves The challenge around crypto adoption isn’t awareness, it’s the steep learning curve after entry. For anyone who’s been in crypto for years, it’s frustrating how even simple tasks—like finding a bridge between Noble Chain and Ethereum—still take several minutes. And when it comes to on-chain data, we all rely on blockchain explorers, even though they’re complex and hard to navigate. But the way we access information is changing. AI has transformed how we search, making knowledge instantly accessible through chat. Why should crypto be any different? That’s why we built Javin.ai—an AI-powered search engine for blockchain data. Instead of digging through explorers, Javin delivers real-time, plain-English answers to your crypto questions. Want to check wallet balances, analyze token movements, or fetch real-time on-chain data? Just ask. User Interaction and Data Flow Getting Started Using Javin.ai is as easy as using Perplexity. Simply go to Javin.ai and sign up. Once you're logged in, you can save and revisit previous searches. You can ask anything related to crypto, on-chain data, or blockchain trends, and Javin.ai will deliver the insights you need. (Try Javin.ai on mobile—you’ll love it! Don’t forget to add it as a PWA for the best experience.) Modes of Javin.ai Javin offers multiple search modes to help users tailor their experience based on what they need. - In Basic Search, users can retrieve web-based information on crypto topics, search wallet portfolios, and look up token details. - If you want to go deeper into blockchain transactions, Onchain Mode provides insights into Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL) transactions, allowing users to explore on-chain activities, contract interactions, and transaction histories. - VANA Mode enables users to ask about anything happening on the Vana blockchain, offering real-time insights into its ecosystem. - Flow Mode provides real-time tracking of transactions, contracts, and ecosystem activities on the Flow blockchain. AI Model Options Users can select GPT-4 for detailed responses or GPT-4 Mini for speed. More models, including Grok, DeepSeek, and Dobby, will be available soon. Free vs. Pro Access Free users get 20 searches per day, while Pro users (coming soon) will enjoy unlimited queries with a paid plan. Javin.ai is fast, simple, and built for crypto users who need real answers—without the fluff. It combines web search, on-chain data analysis, and AI models to deliver fast and accurate answers. Core Functionality Users can: - Search crypto information from the web. - Check wallet portfolios and token details via Basic Search. - Analyze Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL) transactions in Onchain Mode. - Get real-time insights on Vana and Flow blockchain activity. - Choose AI models for faster or more detailed responses. Tech Stack - Frontend: Next.js 15 (React) for a smooth UI. - Backend: Serverless functions for AI queries and data processing. - AI Models: GPT-4, GPT-4 Mini (with Grok, DeepSeek, and Dobby coming soon). - Blockchain Data: Real-time on-chain data from Zerion and Alchemy. - Authentication: Email-based login with our own database. Development Process - AI Model Optimization – Improving search responses with multiple AI models. - Blockchain Data Processing – Using Zerion and Alchemy for real-time insights. - Scalability & Performance – Serverless functions keep it fast and efficient. - Future Enhancements – Expanding blockchain support and refining AI accuracy. Javin.ai makes blockchain research simple by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. Product Integrations Javin.ai integrates several services to provide fast, reliable crypto insights. AI Models: GPT-4 and GPT-4 Mini power responses, with Grok, DeepSeek, and Dobby coming soon. Blockchain Data: Zerion for wallet and token details, Alchemy for real-time ETH and SOL transactions, and Flow and Vana for real-time on-chain data on their respective blockchains. Web Search: Custom scrapers pull relevant crypto data from trusted sources. Authentication: Simple email-based login with our own database. Key differentiators and uniqueness of the project Very few teams are working on AI for crypto, but none truly solve the core issue of accessibility—ease of use, mobile-friendliness, inclusivity, and instant understanding. Most alternatives are harder to use than explorers, focus on narrow data segments, or cater only to technical users, making them inaccessible to non-experts. Why Javin Wins? - Ease of Use – No expertise needed. Just ask in plain English and get instant answers. - Availability – Fully mobile-friendly, seamless across devices. - Inclusivity – Built for everyone, not just crypto OGs. No gradient UIs or dev consoles. - Instant Understanding – No raw blockchain data or SQL—just clear, real-time insights. Just try out Javin.ai on mobile, you will love it. (Make sure you add it as a PWA) Trade-offs and shortcuts while building Right now, Javin.ai fetches blockchain data from APIs like Zerion, and Alchemy to deliver real-time insights quickly. This lets us move fast without the complexity of maintaining our own infrastructure. But in the future, as we scale, we plan to build our own infra using RPCs, giving us better control over speed, reliability, and data quality. Another area we can improve is transaction summaries. At the moment, we use LLMs to generate summaries, which works decently, but it's not always optimized for blockchain-specific insights. Our long-term plan is to fine-tune a custom model trained specifically on transaction data, so it can provide more accurate and context-aware summaries that truly explain what’s happening in each transaction. Additional Features Yes, Javin was started two weeks back around 10 Feb. We have added the VANA and Flow modes now.
