    About

The problem it solves IRONIC revolutionizes DeFi by bridging the gap between traditional finance and decentralized protocols through **real-world asset (RWA) backed synthetic tokens**. **Demo**: [Part1](https://www.loom.com/share/c000085eafa240ce9fafa56306efa459?sid=ea61e697-0ec1-491c-8a91-af409c515822) [Part2](https://www.loom.com/share/267b4e10fa50407fbb99b200d11fa8d0?sid=c766b815-6bda-430a-8a78-2a81f9361839) Here's what Ironic enables: * **Cross-Chain RWA Exposure**: Users can gain exposure to real-world reserves (starting with BTC_B) across multiple chains without the friction of traditional wrapped assets or centralized custody solutions * **Automated Risk Management**: Eliminates the need for manual portfolio monitoring by implementing **Chainlink Automation-powered stop-loss mechanisms** that execute disciplined withdrawals when predefined thresholds are breached * **AI-Powered On-Chain Intelligence**: Provides users with **LLaMA 3.3-70b-versatile powered insights** that analyze portfolio movements, market conditions, and optimal strategy recommendations in real-time, making DeFi accessible to both novice and sophisticated traders * **Yield Generation from Global Reserves**: Users earn yields based on the performance of underlying real-world assets tracked through **Chainlink SmartData feeds**, creating a new primitive for earning alpha from traditional markets while maintaining on-chain composability * **Seamless Cross-Chain Liquidity**: Through custom CCIP SDK integration, users can mint IRON on Avalanche and seamlessly transfer to their preferred chain (Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum) without liquidity fragmentation or bridge risks * **Settlement Layer**: **Avalanche Fuji Testnet** is the testnet layer for depositing cross-chain standard tokens (CCIP-BnM) that would be backed by **BTC_B Proof of Reserves** and user can withdraw IRON to CCIP-BnM on any chain using our custom Python SDK with **MCP Support**

    How it's made

Challenges we ran into **Cross-Chain Message Passing Complexity** The biggest hurdle was implementing reliable cross-chain communication for the CCIP SDK. Initial attempts faced issues with message ordering and state synchronization across chains. Solved this by implementing a **queued message system with nonce-based ordering** and adding comprehensive retry mechanisms with exponential backoff. **Chainlink Automation Gas Optimization** Automation costs on testnet were prohibitively high due to frequent stop-loss checks. Overcame this by implementing **batch processing for multiple user positions** and optimizing the automation logic to only trigger when significant price movements occur, reducing execution frequency by ~70%. **AI Model On-Chain Integration** Running LLaMA 3.7b inference was initially too expensive for on-chain execution. Solved by implementing a **hybrid architecture** where the model runs on AWS Bedrock
