    About

The problem it solves It offers the solution to let a digital drawing similar as street tag onchain the Base blockchain as part of its state. As long as the Base blockchain exists, the picture and the mean to display it will work. Removing the most commonly unplanned maintenance cost of NFT artworks for cheaper than the price of spray paint can.

    How it's made

Challenges we ran into Exploring the different documentation and methods for integration was quite challenging, especially when you have pre-existing tools that you are accustomed to using. While I was keen on utilizing the new tools provided in the Creator Track by the sponsor Zora and its SDK, the documentation, though extensive with examples and contract functionalities (such as Solidity interfaces and link contracts code), had a few broken links (404 errors). Additionally, the Zora documentation was monolanguage, focused on TypeScript for the off-chain SDK, which was incompatible with the Solo Foundry stack used for the smart-contracts part. Given the time constraints, I decided to rely on what I already knew but implemented upgradeable contracts. This approach ensures that in the future, it can be easily enabled for Zora or other partners. The self-imposed time constraint of starting to perform effectively only in the last few days of the hackathon (2024-06-29) added to the challenge.
