Why are you participating for Based SEA? We are participating in Based SEA to leverage the unique opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem, fostering independent storytelling and enhancing the visibility of local intellectual properties (IPs). Our goal is to create a platform that empowers creators and connects them with audiences who appreciate diverse narratives. Additional Features During the Buildathon, we implemented a feature that allows users to connect their smart wallets. This enhancement facilitates seamless access and interaction within our decentralized application (dApp), improving user experience and engagement.

What challenges are you focusing on? - **Standardization Issues**: Current streaming platforms often impose standardized themes and agendas, making it difficult for local IPs to gain traction. - **Limited Publishing Opportunities**: Many local productions struggle to secure slots on national TV or major streaming services. - **Investment Barriers**: Local investors typically favor projects that adhere to vague standards, resulting in low production budgets and restricted creative freedom. How does your submission address this challenge? Our project aims to establish an independent streaming service tailored for indie-produced IPs. Key features include: - **On-Chain System**: Utilizing blockchain technology to ensure transparency and fair revenue distribution for creators. - **Diverse Content Offering**: Providing a platform for a wide range of stories, free from the constraints of traditional media. - **Community Engagement**: Encouraging audience participation through unique features that enhance viewer interaction. Challenges we ran into - **Finding Local Investors**: We faced significant difficulties in attracting local investors due to the unclear standards set by traditional media. - **Solution**: We focused on building a robust business model that highlights the potential for profitability and audience engagement in indie productions, which has helped us attract interest. - **Platform Publishing**: Securing platforms for our work on local TV has been challenging. - **Solution**: We are developing our own platform to bypass traditional barriers, ensuring our content reaches audiences directly.
