    About

The problem it solves Retail investors miss early-stage startup opportunities due to regulatory walls, high minimums, and lack of access — while founders struggle to raise capital and lose momentum waiting for funds to deploy. fndr solves both: - It tokenizes startup equity (ERC-1400), opening early-stage investing to a broader audience. - It routes raised funds into DeFi-native ERC-4626 yield vaults — so capital earns while it waits, instead of sitting idle. - Investors benefit from yield and liquidity via a secondary token marketplace. - Founders raise smarter: with capital that grows, unlocks in tranches, and extends runway without dilution. - zkPassport integration enables privacy-preserving KYC and eligibility verification — critical for regulatory-safe investing. - Secondary marketplace allows trading startup tokens before exits, giving investors early liquidity and upside. It’s not just faster fundraising — it’s fundraising that compounds. fndr isn't just making startup investing faster. It's making it smarter, fairer, and yield-aware. The Contract : - StartupSecondaryMarket (0xF09216A363FC5D88E899aa92239B2eeB1913913B) Peer-to-peer marketplace for trading startup equity tokens. Investors can list their tokens for sale after a 180-day holding period. The platform charges a 0.25% fee on all trades. - RoundFactory (0x482DB11F63cC06CD5Fb56d54C942450871775c6B) Factory contract that allows verified founders to create new funding rounds. Each round deploys a new RoundManager contract with customizable parameters like target raise, equity percentage, and deadline. - FndrIdentity (0xDC987dF013d655c8eEb89ACA2c14BdcFeEee850a) Decentralized identity contract using ZK-passport verification. Ensures all users (founders and investors) are verified real humans before participating in the platform, preventing sybil attacks and fraud. - MockVault (0xA24646C277Bd10AEb76e4086C6B6956aE2DB1321) An ERC4626-compliant yield vault that generates 6% APY on deposited funds. When investors commit to a funding round, their funds are deposited here to earn yield while waiting for the round to close. - MockUSDC (0x96F14a42d612Ab1C69eF71E5Ee02c0267A9a45D3) A test stablecoin (USDC) used for all platform transactions. Users can claim free testnet tokens via the airdrop function to participate in funding rounds and secondary market trading.

    How it's made

Challenges we ran into Combining multiple smart contract standards (ERC-1400 for equity, ERC-4626 for yield) into a single seamless flow introduced complexity: - Handling vesting, tranching, and milestone-based unlocks required modular and precise smart contract architecture. - Ensuring DeFi vault safety and predictable yield while preserving founder withdrawal logic was challenging in early testing. - Integrating zkPassport flows for investor and founder onboarding added a privacy layer that needed coordination with identity verification and eligibility access logic. - AI systems for deal analysis needed secure access to on-chain and off-chain data — especially during the testnet phase. Solutions: - Built custom contracts to bridge vault yield and equity unlocks. - Simulated end-to-end round flow on testnet: from onboarding → raise → yield → vest → exit. - Streamlined ZK onboarding and AI input flow to work alongside token issuance and capital routing.
